Get a head start on scholarship applications by earning Priority Pass through referrals.
Priority Pass is an early-access feature that gives you a valuable advantage in the scholarship application process. Here's everything you need to know.
What Is Priority Pass?
Priority Pass gives you 24-hour early access to apply for newly published scholarships — before they're open to the general public.
Benefits
Apply first — get a 24-hour head start on new scholarships
Less competition — apply before the general pool of applicants, increasing your chance of winning
How to Earn Priority Pass
You earn Priority Pass by referring 2 students to Bold.org. Each referral must:
Sign up using your referral link
Create a verified student account
Confirm their email address
Once both referrals are verified, Priority Pass is automatically activated on your account. No manual steps are needed.
How to Find and Share Your Referral Link
Log in to your Bold.org account
Click Scholarships in the top menu
Select "Unlock Priority Pass"
From there, you'll see your unique referral link. You can:
Copy the link and share it anywhere
Send via email directly to friends
Share on social media using the available sharing buttons
Tracking Your Referrals
On the same "Unlock Priority Pass" page, you can track:
Who you've invited — see the list of people you've referred
Their status — whether they've signed up and verified their accounts
This helps you see how close you are to earning Priority Pass.
How to Tell If You Have Priority Pass
Once Priority Pass is active on your account:
Eligible scholarships will show a "Priority Pass" badge and a countdown timer showing your early-access window
The "Apply" button will be active for Priority Pass holders during the 24-hour early-access period
After the 24-hour window closes, the scholarship opens to all students
