How can I track the status of my applications?

You can check the status of all your scholarship applications through your Bold.org dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Bold.org account

  2. Click on the Scholarships tab

  3. Select "My Applications" from the dropdown menu

You'll see a list of all your scholarship applications along with their current status.

What do the different statuses mean?

Drafts — Applications you've started but haven't submitted yet. You can go back and finish these anytime before the deadline.

Submitted — Applications you've completed and submitted. No further action is needed on your part.

In Review — The scholarship deadline has passed, and applications are being reviewed by the scholarship provider.

Finalist — You've made it to the final round of consideration. This is a great sign — hang tight while the final selection is made.

Winner — You've been selected to receive the scholarship. Check your email and dashboard for official confirmation and next steps.

Archived — Applications that are no longer active or relevant, usually because the scholarship has ended and you weren't selected. This doesn't mean anything negative about your application — each scholarship can only select a limited number of winners.

How often should I check my application status?

You'll receive an email notification if you're selected as a winner, so you don't need to check constantly. That said, it's a good habit to check your dashboard periodically, especially after scholarship deadlines have passed.

I submitted my application but the status hasn't changed. Is that normal?

Yes. After submitting, your application status will remain as "Submitted" until the scholarship deadline passes. Once the deadline closes, it will move to "In Review." This is normal — no action is needed on your part.
