How do I change my profile photo?
Go to your My Profile page
Hover over your existing profile image
Click "Change photo"
Upload a new image (at least 500x500 pixels for best results)
Can I make my profile private?
You can't make your entire profile private, but Bold.org allows you to hide specific sections such as:
GPA
Test scores
Religion
If you'd rather not have a profile at all, you can choose to delete your account through your Account settings.
How do I change my address?
If your address has changed, you can update it directly:
Go to your Settings
Scroll to the "Contact Info" section
Edit your address as needed
Save your changes
Keeping your address current helps with eligibility and verification for certain scholarships.
How do I correct my date of birth?
Go to your profile
Click the information section just below your profile photo
Edit your personal details, including your date of birth
Save your changes
How do I update my education information?
To add or update your education details (school, major, graduation year, education level):
Go to your profile
Find the Education section
Click to edit and update your information
Keeping your education details accurate and up to date improves your scholarship matches and ensures you're eligible for the right opportunities.
