How do I request a name or email change?
Send a message to Support from the email address currently registered to your account
Let us know what you'd like updated (name, email, or both)
If requesting an email change, include the new email address you'd like to use
For security, requests must come from your registered email address. If you're contacting from a different email, we'll ask you to resend from the one on file.
How long does it take?
Name and email changes are typically processed quickly once your identity is verified. You'll receive a confirmation once the update is complete.
What if I need to change both my name and email?
