How do I verify my Bold.org account?
When you sign up, a verification email is automatically sent to the email address you registered with.
Subject: "Verify your email - Bold.org"
From: welcome@verify.bold.org
Click the link in that email, and your account will be activated automatically. The verification link never expires.
If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder first.
I can't find my verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder for an email with the subject "Verify your email - Bold.org"
Confirm you're using the right email β make sure it's the same address you registered with
If you still can't find it, contact Support from your registered email and we can resend the verification or manually activate your account
I signed up with Google β where's the Google login option?
If you used "Sign up with Google" during registration, Google was only used to verify your email address. It does not create a Google sign-in option.
You'll need to log in using your email address and password. If you haven't set a password yet, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to create one.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Bold.org login page
Click "Forgot Password"
Enter the email address associated with your account
Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions
I'm seeing a "Failed to Fetch" error when trying to log in. What does that mean?
This error usually appears after multiple failed login attempts. For security, your access may be temporarily blocked.
What to do:
Wait approximately one hour and try again
Make sure you're using the correct email and password
Try resetting your password if you're unsure of your credentials
Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try again
If the issue persists after waiting, contact Support for further assistance.
I still can't log in after trying everything. What should I do?
If you've verified your email, reset your password, cleared your cache, and waited after failed attempts β and you still can't log in β contact Support and include:
The email address on your Bold.org account
A description of the issue (including any error messages)
What you've already tried
We'll investigate and help you regain access.
