The Bold Account and Bold Visa® Debit Card Account program is closing effective January 19, 2026. This Closure of your Bold Account and Bold Visa® Debit Card Account Effective Date: Jan 19th, 2026

1. You can load your Account up to and including Jan. 18, 2026. After that date, you will no longer be able to load funds to your Account – including cash, direct deposit, money transfers, or other load methods. You should change any automatic deposits you may have set up with this Account before that date, as they will not be processed after that date.

2. You can use your Card up to and including Jan. 19, 2026. After that date, you will no longer be able to use the funds in your Account – including purchases, ATM withdrawals, or other spending methods. You should change any automatic payments that you may have set up with this Card before that date, as they will not be processed after that date.

3. Any remaining funds in your Bold Account, a demand deposit account, after Jan. 19, 2026 will be distributed to you via check to the address associated with your account within 60 days. You will not be charged any refund check fees due to the funds being returned to you. If you do not cash or deposit your check within 30 days from issuance, you may need to contact us for a replacement check, or we may be required to escheat your funds in accordance with your state’s unclaimed property laws.

Please note: the first account closure notice indicated the check would be sent within 45 days. The time period communicated in the first account closure notice has been adjusted to 60 days. We encourage you to spend all funds prior to Jan. 19, 2026.

4. If you need to update your address, please let us know at cardsupport@bold.org in order to update your address.

5. Please see your Accountholder Agreement to reference any additional applicable restrictions or terms.
